Requesting a Cancellation

Please provide your order number and the contact details used when placing the order. We will review your request and confirm whether cancellation is possible.

Orders Already Processed or Dispatched

We will try to accommodate cancellation requests made before an order is processed. However, once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to the delivery company, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation is approved and payment has already been collected, any applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

For cash-on-delivery orders, no advance payment refund is normally due unless a payment was collected separately.
